This sisters weekend has been one of the sweetest weekends I’ve had in a long time. It was a little bitter sweet now that everyone is gone.

The Emily and Maedchen came in town on Friday night, but we were missing Jessica! Sadly she couldn’t make it because she has been sick and was under close watch in the hospital. I haven’t written about this yet, but I’m so excited to say that I’m going to be an aunt! Jessica and Will are due in December and I’m really thrilled for them. It will be here before we know it! She came down with a fever so her doctor thought it would be good for her to stay in the hospital so that they could monitor her and the baby. I’m so happy to say they she was able to go home together 🙂

Anyways, us three girls had such a nice time snacking away for brunch and lunch on Saturday. In the morning, we had a nice brunch of coffee, fresh figs, juicy strawberries, pastries, and mango smoothie bowls with coconut and chia seeds. Yum! For lunch, we ate yummy Israeli salad with a side of bread, cheese, avocado, and delicious French red wine. So good!

I really want to plan another sisters weekend soon. Family is so important to me and the time we get to spend together is always so much fun. For anyone who has sisters, you know how there is no one else like a sister. We spent so much time laugh and talking and my heart just feels so full! I really hate that Jessica and baby couldn’t make it!

XOXO
